EURYTHMICS INDUCTED INTO SONGWRITERS HALL OF FAME
On June 16th, 2022, Eurythmics were inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame by lifelong fan, St. Vincent. The ceremony kicked off with St. Vincent’s fiery rendition of Eurythmics biggest hit, “Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This).”
Annie Lennox and Dave Stewart later took the stage to perform a beautifully haunting rendition of their popular song, “Here Comes the Rain Again.”
They accepted their award alongside fellow inductees Mariah Carey, Lil Nas X, The Neptunes, Steve Miller and The Isley Brothers.
In addition to this honor, Eurythmics will be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame later this year.
