RARE Entity, the venture group co-founded by Eurythmics legendary musician, producer and songwriter Dave Stewart, has joined Lounges.tv as an active partner and shareholder, alongside existing backer Simon Cowell.
According to the companies, the partnership will focus on expanding access to live entertainment through premium live streaming, direct-to-fan fan engagement, and monetization tools designed to help artists generate revenue from live and on-demand content.
